We don't lie about the login part.
The honest reality: Jagex auth changed how account access works. We protect both paths, but we're going to tell you upfront which path your account falls into and what that means for your credentials.
Non-Jagex accounts: booster never sees your login.
Use /addaccount in our Discord to transfer credentials securely.
- No admin, manager, or booster ever sees your login details.
- Only you know your email, username, password, and Bank PIN.
- Access is securely stored for the duration of the order - after, it's instantly and permanently deleted.
- The booster physically cannot change password, email, or 2FA - they never receive the credentials.

- Bank PIN is submitted only through our bot - never via private messages, never via screenshot, never via voice.
- The booster could attempt password / email / 2FA changes - but our monitoring auto-flags any attempt instantly. They forfeit their 1:1 deposit insurance, get permanently banned, and you're refunded.
- That's why we vet every booster, lock their IP to a single country, and lock a 1:1 deposit matching your account's value before they touch it.
Bot-mediated PIN
Both paths drastically reduce account compromise risk compared to handing credentials over via DMs or third-party tooling. If you're ever asked for a Bank PIN in a private message, that's not us - close the window and report it.

Common questions.
I have a Jagex account - does my booster see my password?
Unfortunately there is no way around it. What we do enforce: only the assigned booster (no manager, no general support) gets the login details. The Bank PIN goes through our bot only (never DMs). Inside the game the account management tab is blocked, so boosters can't access any account management features.
And for non-Jagex accounts?
Different path entirely. No admin, manager, or booster ever sees your login details. Only you hold the email, username, password, and Bank PIN. Access is brokered through our security layer for the duration of the order - and only the duration.
Why does this matter - every shop says they're safe.
We give you live evidence at any given moment. Every step of the protocol is secured by design and not just plain words - that's the difference.
Can my booster steal items off my account?
Drops are auto-captured, bank movement is monitored, and the booster has a 1:1 deposit on the line. Theft costs them more than the items are worth.
What does /get do exactly?
/get or /getdm triggers a live screenshot from the booster's RuneLite at that exact moment. The image is attached to your ticket. It's not staged, not pre-recorded - it's a real frame, on demand. The same capture also lands in the live evidence viewer in your account, under the live-screen category.
Why does country binding matter?
Jagex ban patterns key heavily on IP origin. A stable, country-bound booster is far less likely to trip account flags than a hot-swapped IP across continents.
What about GE collections during my order?
All GE activity is watched. Items collected on your behalf during the booster session are timestamped and logged. You see them in your ticket the moment they hit your bank.
Can I cancel mid-order?
Yes. 100% refund before the first tick of XP. After the order has started, you're refunded for the unfulfilled portion, pro-rata to the work logged in your ticket.
