The questions that come up most

Can I cancel or refund after I pay?

Yes - until a booster has started working on your order, we'll refund 100%. Once work is in progress, refunds are pro-rated against XP / kc gained. Open a live chat ticket and we'll sort it within minutes.

How do I open the support ticket?

After payment confirmation we open a live chat / Discord ticket automatically and email you the link. You can also click the live chat bubble at any time.

Can I pick which booster works on my order?

On boosting orders you can request a specific booster from /boosters before payment. We'll honour it when their queue allows; otherwise we assign the next-available booster from the same skill bracket.

What if I'm offline when delivery is ready?

We hold your bond / gold / items in our trade pouch and ping you on email + ticket when you log back in. No expiration.

Do I need to share my password?

Non-Jagex accounts: never. The booster physically can't see your credentials - gear / loadout is supplied or sourced from your bank. Jagex accounts: credentials go directly to the assigned booster only, monitored end-to-end. See /safest-osrs-provider for the full security breakdown.

What payment methods do you take?

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Boosting orders are quoted as ranges (e.g. ≈ 2-6 hours). If your order's been pending past the upper bound, ping the ticket and we'll surface a status update with a /get screenshot from the booster.
