AFK Training for Every Skill

Sometimes you want to play OSRS but cant give it full attention. Here is the most AFK training method for every single skill.

Combat Skills

Attack/Strength/Defence: NMZ Dharoks with Absorption pots. Check every 20 minutes.
Ranged: NMZ with MSB(i) + Rune arrows. Check every 20 minutes.
Magic: Splashing in full metal armor. Check every 20 minutes.
Prayer: Gilded Altar with Dragon bones. Semi-AFK (click every 10 seconds).
Hitpoints: Trains passively with any combat method.

Cooking: Wines. Make a full inventory, wait 12 seconds, bank, repeat.
Crafting: Gold Bracelets. Bank and craft cycle every 30 seconds.
Fletching: Stringing bows. 60 seconds between banks.
Herblore: Cleaning herbs. Click once per 30 seconds.
Smithing: Cannonballs. 2.5 minutes between clicks.
Runecrafting: Blood Runes at Arceuus. Repetitive but low attention.
Construction: No truly AFK method. Oak Larders with Demon Butler is lowest effort.

Agility: Rellekka/Ardougne Rooftop. Semi-AFK (click per obstacle).
Thieving: Ardy Knights with auto-click location. Check every 60 seconds.
Slayer: AFK tasks like Gargoyles, Brutal Black Dragons. Check every 3-5 minutes.
Firemaking: Wintertodt. Semi-AFK between Wintertodt attacks.
Sailing: Port tasks with AFK voyages. New in 2026.
