Phantom Muspah
The Phantom Muspah is a solo boss unlocked after Secrets of the North. It alternates between Ranged and Magic phases with a melee shield phase. Drops Ancient Essence (for Ancient Sceptre charges) and the Venator Shard, making it a consistent 2-3M GP/hr money maker.

- Quest: Secrets of the North
- Stats: 80+ Ranged and Magic (90+ recommended)
Mechanics
Ranged Phase (Blue)
Muspah attacks with Ranged. Pray Ranged. Attack with Magic. Dodge the spike attacks by moving when you see shadows on the ground.
Magic Phase (Green)
Muspah attacks with Magic. Pray Magic. Attack with Ranged. Avoid the spinning orbs that chase you.
Shield Phase
Muspah creates a shield. Use melee to break the shield, then continue DPS.
Special Attacks
- Spike attack: Shadows appear. Move 2 tiles to dodge
- Prayer drain: Muspah drains your prayer. Bring extra restores
- Freeze: Muspah freezes you in place. Use Freedom (click under yourself)
Gear Setup
- Ranged: Armadyl/Masori, Bowfa or Twisted Bow, Anguish
- Magic: Ahrims/Ancestral, Sang Staff or Shadow, Occult
- Melee switch: Any melee weapon for shield phase
- Supplies: 4-6 Brews, 3-4 Restores, Ranging Pot, Magic Pot
