Training Methods

Levels 1-10: Gnome Stronghold Course

XP Rate: 8K/hr
Start here after Tutorial Island. Quick to complete, gets you to Draynor in no time.

Levels 10-30: Draynor Village Rooftop

XP Rate: 10-15K/hr
Your first Marks of Grace start dropping here. Collect every one for Graceful.

Levels 30-40: Varrock Rooftop

XP Rate: 15-20K/hr
Decent marks rate. Short course with a few tricky obstacles.

Levels 40-60: Canifis Rooftop

XP Rate: 20-25K/hr, BEST Marks of Grace rate
Stay here until you have full Graceful (260 marks). The course is compact and marks drop frequently. This is where most players spend the most time.

Levels 60-80: Seers Village Rooftop

XP Rate: 45-55K/hr (with Kandarin Hard Diary)
If you have Kandarin Hard Diary completed, the Seers teleport trick makes this the fastest rooftop course. Teleport to the start after each lap for incredible efficiency.

Levels 72-99: Hallowed Sepulchre (Fastest XP)

XP Rate: 70-200K/hr depending on floor
The Hallowed Sepulchre in Darkmeyer is the fastest Agility training in OSRS. It requires Sins of the Father quest and gets progressively better XP as you unlock higher floors. Floor 5 (92+) gives 200K+ XP/hr.

The Sepulchre also drops valuable loot including the Ring of Endurance (worth 20M+), Strange Old Lockpick, and various alchables.

Levels 80-90: Rellekka Rooftop (AFK Alternative)

XP Rate: 50-55K/hr
If you prefer AFK Rooftop training over the click-intensive Sepulchre. Good marks rate and simpler than Sepulchre.

Levels 90-99: Ardougne Rooftop (AFK) or Sepulchre (Fast)

XP Rate: 55-62K/hr (Ardougne) or 200K+ (Sepulchre)
Ardougne is the final and best rooftop course. Sepulchre is 3-4x faster but requires active attention.

Graceful Outfit

The Graceful outfit is obtained from Marks of Grace and provides:

Reduces weight significantly
Full set effect: 30% faster run energy recovery
Essential for questing, farm runs, and general gameplay
Requires approximately 260 Marks of Grace (farm at Canifis 40-60)
